Preparing Young People for the Careers of Tomorrow
The world is changing fast. AI, green energy, biotechnology, finance, media, and politics are reshaping how we live and work. School grades are important ā but theyāre not enough.
Our children need to graduate ready for the real world ā with the skills, confidence, and character to thrive in careers or business, and to serve their communities.
Thatās where the Real World Readiness (RWR) Programme comes in.
- Future-proof skills in high-growth fields.
- Weekly mentorship from industry experts.
- Values-driven learning that links knowledge to stewardship and impact.
- Capstone projects/research so students put learning into action.
Each student aligns with one of the following five career domains plus an optional Business, Management and Politics (BMP) domain.
Information Technology & Digital Innovation | Engineering, Energy & Sustainable Design | Health, Life Sciences & Biotechnology | Data, Finance & Economics | Creative Industries, Media & Design |
Business, Management & Politics (BMP) |
Together, these six domains are aligned with industry trends, future-proofed for emerging opportunities, and deeply tied to community impact.
They allow students to not only prepare for careers but also create businesses that drive real change.
Students will meet with a mentor weekly to explore pathways, build skills, and connect learning to real-world applications.
