    Description

    What is Stewards Lab?
StewardsLab is a Career & Business Breakthrough Lab. A 9-month, cohort-based mentorship programme for anyone who wants to fast-track their career or launch a standout business. We start by mapping your strengths and gaps with our Awaken (iSTECAMMO™) Business & Career capability assessment, then guide you step-by-step through live mentor-led sessions, a tight-knit cohort of 12 peers, and real-world labs to turn your ambition into impact.

    Target Audience

    • Anyone (17+) with a desire to kick-start their career or launch a compelling business
    • Mid-career changers ready to pivot into new industries, acquire advanced skills, and broaden their professional network
    • Aspiring entrepreneurs seeking hands-on guidance and mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs
    • Graduates and young adults seeking to develop tech skills, an unshakeable confidence, and a supportive community aligned with their ambition

    Schedule & Eligibility
StewardsLab runs annually from 1 August through 30 April. Admission is first-come, first-served, and—where demand dictates—we will open two cohorts each year to accommodate more participants.

StewardsLab is here to Ignite Your Ambition
Do you know what’s really holding you back? It’s not talent or education. Experience shows us that there are only two things stalling your rise to a successful business or career:

    • No one to show you the ropes
    • Likely surrounded by peers who don’t share your drive (at this point in time)

StewardsLab fixes both. You join just 12 passionate peers and work with mentors / guides who will personally invest their money and time in your success—so you’ll never wander in doubt again.

    Your Mentors
These leaders invest their time in your career development—and, when it makes sense, money—in your business idea, joining your advisory board and championing every milestone:

Kazem Adio is your Lead Mentor and Guide for Stewards Lab. Combining over 20 years of technology experience, entrepreneurial grit, and strategic leadership to help you achieve lasting business and career success.

From the very start of his career, Kazeem has been at the forefront of innovation. While working with Logica UK, he helped roll out the world’s first 3G mobile network for NTT Docomo in Japan—an experience that taught him how to navigate complex global projects under intense pressure. That early telecoms work also took him to Macedonia, Greece, Bulgaria, the Caribbean, and the Middle East, giving him a broad perspective on developing business and careers across cultures. Back in Europe, he shaped IT strategy at HP, AtosOrigin (Middle East), Computacenter, LSEG, NHS, and UK Ministry of Defence – always marrying technical depth with real-world impact.

In 2004, Kazem founded eKernel, one of the world’s earliest online retailers of organic and natural products. Around the same time, he launched PureKernel Systems Ltd, a UK-based IT services and consulting firm that—over 23 years—has delivered niche system integration and advisory services globally. In 2018, he co-founded RDA Index, pioneering intrinsic-value benchmarking for digital assets and developing the RDA 10 Fundamental Weighted Index.

Most recently, Kazem served as Application Dependency Mapping Lead at World Wide Technology (2024–25), consolidating post-merger 15 datacenters into six regional hubs for a major financial institution—delivering multimillion-pound savings. He then transitioned to SIP Delivery Manager, helping a leading payments company transform from a pure-play technology vendor into a full-service organisation by redefining their service management capability, IT operations, and customer experience. Today, he architects IT service performance improvements for high-value clients at Computacenter.

Kazem holds a BSc in Accounting & Financial Management from The University of Sheffield Management School and an MSc in Mathematical Logic & Foundations of Computation from the University of Manchester. He is also a PeopleCert-accredited ITIL v4 trainer, turning best-practice ITSM frameworks into measurable results.

As your Lead Mentor, Kazem will coordinate your personalised action plan, bring in the right expert guides at each stage, and lead the strategy huddles, execution labs, and milestone reviews. You won’t just gain skills—you’ll gain a friend and confidant who is deeply committed to seeing you break through every barrier and achieve the success you deserve – insha Allah!
