What Awaken Measures
Aligned to the Stewards.ONE framework across three domains:
Head – Academic Excellence
Heart – Character Development
Hand – Business & Career Acumen
How the Assessment Works
- Parent-led: sit together, discuss each statement. The parent has the final say.
- Time needed: about 90–120 minutes. You can pause and resume.
- What you'll see: clear prompts about everyday behaviours (e.g., problem solving, teamwork, integrity).
- How to answer: choose the option that matches what your child usually does.
- Be honest and specific: think of recent examples at home, school, clubs or community.
Rating Options

- Acceptable (3) – meets the capability requirements but with occasional guidance or reminders.
