Description

This course is designed to deepen participants’ understanding of the ITIL4 framework, specifically within the Create, Deliver, and Support (CDS) module. At the end of this course, participants will be equipped to apply for advanced IT Service Management practitioner roles, including positions in service design and delivery management. To become certified, participants will need to take the ITIL4 CDS exam at the conclusion of the course.
