Stewards.ONE Online School

Stewards.ONE online school goes beyond traditional subjects, integrating the quest for meaning and purpose into our education framework.

Welcome Message

Dear Student and Family,

Welcome to Stewards.ONE — where education goes beyond academics to prepare young people for real life, real responsibility, and real impact – awakening purpose!

Our mission is to develop skills and knowledge that lead to personal growth and positive social outcomes. We aim to prepare our students to make a lasting impact in the world.

Our Principles & Values

The principles that shape our approach to education are Family-First, Love of Humanity, and Learning to Grow:

  • Family-First: We are a family-first school—prioritising the well-being of families.
  • Love of Humanity: We encourage students to practise respect, empathy, and service in every interaction.
  • Learning to Grow: We fuel growth through practical hands-on learning.

Our core value is Stewardship, using our talents and resources for the benefit of others. Stewardship is upheld by four key values that guide our actions:

  • Integrity: Acting with honesty and strong moral principles in all that we do.
  • Loyalty: Demonstrating faithfulness and support to our local community and mission.
  • Courage: Facing challenges with bravery and determination.
  • Excellence: Striving for the highest standards in everything we do

Our Educational Focus

At Stewards.ONE, our educational focus has three pillars that blends academic depth, personal growth, and real-world readiness.

  1. Academic Excellence: A rigorous, relevant curriculum that equips students with strong foundational knowledge and high-level academic skills.
  2. Character & Personal Growth:  Rooted in truth and values, our approach cultivates students of integrity, clarity, and courage. Subjects like Fiqh, Seerah, and life coaching build internal strength and life direction.
  3. Business & Career Readiness:   Career awareness, enterprise-building, and real-world exposure prepare students for the future of work and leadership in their fields.

I am excited to embark on this journey with you and your family. Thank you for choosing Stewards.ONE and we look forward to supporting your growth every step of the way. Insha Allah!

Kind regards,
Hind Adeagbo
Head of Online School

Why Stewards.ONE School?

Our curriculum is built on UK national standards and goes further—equipping students not just for exams, but for deeper, more meaningful learning. In addition to high academic standards, we help students define personalised academic goals that stretch their potential. With focused goal setting and mentorship, students learn to take ownership, challenge themselves, and grow. The result is not just strong exam performance, but lasting understanding across every subject.

Using our iSTECAMMO Capability Maturity Model, students systematically grow in 30 key capabilities —ranging from discipline and time management to collaboration and creativity. Each capability is assessed using 10 traits that are essential to developing that capability. We turn potential into actual capability, equipping students to lead and innovate.

At Stewards.ONE, we prepare students not just for exams, but for their greater role as stewards of the world around them. Through a carefully designed system of programs—such as the Real-World Readiness and CORE programs—students develop real capabilities across three key domains: academic mastery, good character, and business and career readiness. Within these programs, students gain transferable skills that prepare them to succeed in any path they choose, while also building strong character, exploring a wide range of careers, and considering the path of entrepreneurship.

Every learner receives tailored support through small group classes and individualised learning plans that ensure no one is left behind—or held back. Our personalised system includes coaching, emotional check-ins, peer accountability pods, and targeted interventions designed not only to close gaps but to accelerate progress. We get to know each student deeply, tracking their growth over time and adapting support as their needs, strengths, and goals evolve.

With termly grade reports, personalised coaching notes, student portfolios, and parents’ evenings, our feedback system keeps everyone informed. Students know where they stand, parents stay involved, and teachers can respond with precision.

Full-Time School

Our Full-Time School offers a structured and engaging online education from Year 6 through to GCSE. Students build strong academic foundations in subjects like English, Maths, Science, and Arabic, while also developing character, life skills, and real-world readiness. Learning is active and hands-on, with projects, coaching, and small group teaching built into the weekly rhythm. Guided by our Capability Maturity Model, students gain the confidence, habits, and independence they need to succeed—not just in exams, but in life beyond school.
